Shunde Longpower Hardware and Plastic Factory is located on Ronggui district of Shunde city, Guangdong province. The origination of our factory can be traced back to the end of 80th. Our new factory was built in 2004. Now, we are specializing on producing, researching and selling silicone cartridges, aluminum films for silicone-sausage packing and aluminum tubes. Our products have complete variety and contain one hundred of standards, we have successfully established long term and steady partnership with quite a few famous companies. Those products are selling well in the local market, at the same time, have exported to different countries, such as: America, Middle east, Europe and Africa.
The main raw materials we have used are imported from Japan amd Kuwait. With high efficiency and full-automatic production line, we can produce incorruptible, airproof and nice appearance silicone cartridges and aluminum tubes. Up till now, the output of glue tube is over 70 million per year and the aluminum tubes is 50 million per year. Our pressrooms independently design, mould making and printing the cartridges and aluminum tubes with our own formulated Uv-oil. We have collaborated with the famous university and scientific research institution to develop new techniques of aluminum films for silicone sausage packing, which have been successfully adopted to the automatic production lies, the output has reached to 24 million meters per year.
